The Lieber-Gal Collective Studio is a shared workspace currently being developed in Manhattan for architects, designers, and creatives.
The studio is envisioned as a place to bring together independent practices within a calm, material-focused environment, designed for concentration, collaboration, and informal exchange. A place to work alongside others while maintaining an individual practice.
Occasionally, it will open for roundtables and small gatherings. Members are welcome to host clients and take calls from the studio.
Located on 29th Street and Broadway, the space was formerly owned by architect Zaha Hadid. With its beautiful skylight, it feels open, raw, and full of character.
We will be offering a limited number of early-bird memberships at $850 per month. Membership includes a dedicated desk or workspace, storage, access to a meeting room and private call room, an architectural material library, a kitchen and lounge, and month-to-month flexibility.
Three private rooms will also be available for those who need a quieter, enclosed workspace for themselves or their team:
Small: $1,200/month, Medium: $1,700/month, and Large: $3,400/month.
