ABOUT

Lieber-Gal is a New York–based architectural design studio working across architecture, historic preservation, and research. The studio engages both new construction and existing buildings, providing comprehensive, tailored design services shaped around each project’s specific needs, client, site, and existing conditions.

Our practice is rooted in careful observation, material intelligence, and narrative thinking. We focus on high-end design executed with rigorous attention to detail and a highly professional practice culture. In parallel, our historical research and preservation expertise adds a critical layer of insight—guiding an experimental preservation approach that treats context as both evidence and opportunity.
